THE SMALL PRINT

Listings. By creating a profile on Get Listed World, you confirm that the social media accounts listed belong to you. Profiles are subject to verification and our approval. We reserve the right to remove any profile without providing a reason.

Verification. We verify that submitted accounts are public, active, and genuine. Accounts that are private, inactive, fake, bot-operated, or that contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content will be removed.

Removal. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time at our sole discretion, including where an account becomes private, is suspended, or violates our content standards.

Availability. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or any listing. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile. Follower counts are self-reported and not independently verified unless stated otherwise.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFO

Who we are. Get Listed World is operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@getlisted.world.

What we collect. When you create a profile we collect your display name, email address, social media handles, follower counts, bio, niche tags, and any collaboration history you choose to add. We do not store payment card details.

Why we collect it. We collect this information solely to display your creator profile, verify your accounts, and contact you regarding your listing. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Legal basis. We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest and your consent when creating a profile.

How long we keep it. We retain your data for as long as your profile remains active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact hello@getlisted.world and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
